Google正式宣布收购电话管理公司GrandCentral

　　上周的传闻（含详情）果然成真，Google今天在官方blog里正式宣布，已经收购了电话管理公司GrandCentral。Google解释之所以要收购GrandCentral，是因为GrandCentral的技术可以帮助Google向用户提供协作性更强的信息交换服务。故正如之前所预料的那样，GrandCentral的技术将会出现在Google的产品里，Calendar、Gtalk、Docs & Spreadsheets，等等。

　　Google没有透露收购的具体金额，但之前外界的估计是5000万美元左右。另外，GrandCentral的技术团队也将加入Google。而GrandCentral则表示，它将会继续进行beta测试，并且会对现有的用户继续提供完整的服务。Google现在正将GrandCentral的架构转移向Google的服务器。
