Google Music Trends已死亡
　　到底Google Music Trends是什么？如果你有这样的疑问，那Google关闭它就不足为奇了。正是因为一些产品并未能流行，也未得到用户的关注，它们才是失败的，所以Google才终止它们。最明显的例子是Google Answers。简言之，Google Music Trends是Google实验室的一个产品，用于显示用户所播放的音乐的流行趋势。在06年8月所发布的一个Gtalk版本里就支持了这个功能，允许Google收集Gtalk用户所播放的音乐信息。

　　在今年的愚人节，当Google各流行产品的团队都在忙于恶搞的时候，Google Music Trends项目成员悄悄地在Google Groups上面宣布了终止开发的消息，大意是Google Music Trends项目只是一个志愿性质的计划，它只能运行到目前。Google做得非常的狠，在宣布终止后，就直接把Google Music Trends的网页拔掉了，剩下一个502，连个像样的声明也没有：
