Google Earth 12月更新及Google与TomTom的合作
　　Google Latlong blog发布了Google Earth今年12月份的更新详细。在这次更新里，不少国家已增加了道路信息及商家列表（就像Google Maps那样）。比如南非及波兰，已经可以搜索道路信息；而对于芬兰、挪威、丹麦、奥地利、瑞典及瑞士，已经增加了商家列表的显示。此外，Google Earth的Transit图层也进行了更新，增加了新的颜色及图标。

　　比如下面就是Google Earth的Transit图层的新效果：

　　与Google地图产品有关的另一则消息是，Google将为荷兰的GPS TomTom提供地图数据。TomTom将允许其用户直接在Google Maps上搜索商家地址，然后将结果返回TomTom的GPS设备里。
