Google Docs & Spreadsheets已允许非Google用户直接浏览共享文件
　　Google Docs & Spreadsheets的一个极不方便的地方，就是当你兴致勃勃地准备好一份文档或表格想和朋友共享时，突然发现他还不是Google用户，无法浏览。接下来你又得说服他注册一个Google帐户，再登录，然后才能查看你想分享的内容。我记得Google Docs & Spreadsheets发布的第一天，就已经有很多读者抱怨这一点了。不过现在总算好了，Google终于允许非Google用户直接浏览共享文件。换言之，当朋友与你分享Google Docs & Spreadsheets文件时，你不必拥有Google帐号，或者拥有Google帐号但处于未登录状态，均可马上进行浏览。

　　要开启这个功能，只需要在文档或表格的"共享"里，选中"任何人都可使用邀请"即可：

　　但为了保护文件，被邀请的协作者仍然需要拥有Google帐号并且处于登录状态，才能对文件进行编辑。此外，Google Apps用户也已经可以将文档或表格发布至域名外，Google Apps管理员只需要在后台开启这个功能即可。
