Google 2007年分红：每位450万美元

　　Google在2006财政年度赚了不少，因此它之前总共给高层们发了150万美元的分红。当然，相比起Google的股价，这150万美元只能说是象征式的奖励而已。不过Google的股价在07年有所弱软，曾经一度下跌了超过10%。为了激励士气，Google决定在2007财政年度好好地奖励公司高层。这一次，Google打算给每位高层450万美元。

　　没错，是每位450万美元。根据CNet的消息，要拿到这450万美元，他们必须使Google在2007财政年度里完成某个指标才行。也就是说，Google赚得越多，高层所得分红也就越多。目前Google董事会已经正式批准了这个分红计划。不过根据惯例，CEO Eric Schmidt及两位创始人Larry和Sergey不会参与这些分红活动。
