美国建筑师协会为Google Earth推出新的3D图层

　　为了庆祝美国建筑师协会（AIA）的150周年纪念，AIA决定和Google Earth合作，为Google Earth推出两个新的3D图层。这两个图层分别是"America's Favorite Architecture"以及"Blueprint for America"，都在Google Earth的"Featured Content"里：

　　"America's Favorite Architecture"即美国公众最喜爱的建筑，里面的150座著名的建筑都是通过全美民众早前投票所选出来的。而"Blueprint for America"中的Blueprint则是AIA所资助的一个公共社区服务，AIA的成员建筑师将协助改造社区。不过可能要到明年工程展开了才有得看。

　　以下就是Google Earth新图层"America's Favorite Architecture"中的美国纽约的帝国大厦：

　　点击建筑顶部的黄色小屋标志，将可看到帝国大厦的图文介绍：

　　AIA还把一个演示demo放上了YouTube：



　　需要注意的是，这些新图层中的建筑物由于是3D的，因此如果你在中国，可能需要较长的时间等待Google Earth加载内容。
